Your Role

As part of a highly motivated team your main role is to offer supporting services to our internal and external customers and consistently exceed their expectations and deliver exceptional results. The position reports to the Group Operations Director.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate efficiently the call center, answer calls, emails and handle correspondence
  • Coordinate mail/bank runs and other external tasks
  • Prioritize workloads for courier services
  • Be responsible for issuing visas and coordinating with the embassies
  • Maintain accurately diaries and arrange appointments, as needed
  • Liaise with relevant organizations, clients and/or suppliers
  • Meet and greet clients and guests
  • Implement new procedures and administrative systems
  • Manage databases and prepare reports, as needed
  • Handle orders for office supplies
  • Log or process bills and expenses
  • Organize and service meetings
  • Participate in office projects, as required

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience required in a similar role, experience in the tourism industry will be appreciated
  • Relevant studies at degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Outstanding team spirit and a strong will to support your colleagues deliver exceptional service
  • First-rate written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully resolve issues
  • Patience level should be high
  • Flexible and inquisitive personality
  • Exceptional commitment to learning
