Marketing Executive

Your Role

As part of a highly motivated and fast paced Marketing Team you will support your department on client-centric projects aiming to increase clients’ satisfaction through engaging marketing campaigns and leverage business success. The role reports to Marketing Director.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating and implementing the annual marketing plan to ensure alignments with the company’s overall business objectives and growth targets
  • Develop strong commercial understanding while maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing materials and content for existing and new services (collaterals, brochures, presentations)
  • Create, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), while monitoring and responding to queries in an efficient, timely manner, consistent with brand guidelines (community management)
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, while sharing the company’s updates, events, and service offerings
  • Maintain the company’s website (news, updates, blog posts etc )
  • Liaise and network effectively with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
  • Manage all aspects of corporate events, including exhibitions, conferences, internal activations etc., from pre-planning, budgeting, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up
  • Source new brand positioning opportunities and coordinate sponsorships from start to finish in-line with guidelines and procedures
  • Design and control surveys to assess client experience and drive change throughout the organization
  • Provide marketing support to Commercial Department throughout the client journey, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all client touchpoints

Your Profile

  • Marketing or relevant studies at degree level
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent use of MS Office Suite with particular strengths in PowerPoint
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Canvas, Adobe Photoshop, Mailchimp, Facebook and LinkedIn (content sharing and advertising)
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills, both in Greek and English
  • Highly developed presentation skills
  • Communication and project management skills
  • Creative in problem solving and detail-oriented
  • Results-driven personality, with energy, commitment and a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously/independently
