Before a demanding trip, we prepare travelers for all the relevant issues they might come across, from travel documents and visa monitoring to medical advice, medications they should carry with them and travel insurance arrangements. Prevention and proper preparation of the traveler is a very important part of our job.
We handle crises
In the event of a crisis (e.g. epidemics, volcanic eruptions, terrorist acts, etc.) we check whether we have travelers on the spot, inform you of the location of each traveler, and see to their immediate evacuation with alternative means. We do our best to ensure that no cancellation fees or extra charges are applied.
