Last year, Marine Tours and Etihad Airways organised the 1st Maritime Conference titled “ Trends in Crew Management”. Due to the great interest, the 1st conference accommodated 150 participants. Under the request of shipping companies, the conference became an annual institute for all the Greek Shipping industries.

The presentations offered by Professors in shipping as well as accomplished Professionals within the field, will gain insight on the new trends of crew management.
